Something got
put back together.

GrimGoats are a herd of hand-stitched, faintly cursed goats who came back wrong — and couldn't be happier about it. Horns intact, wings sprouted, grin permanent. Adopt one before the thread comes loose.

GOAT #0001 — "FIRST SUTURE"
The Lore

Nobody remembers the pasture burning down.

The herd just remembers waking up on the other side of it — horns a little crooked, wings where legs used to be, grinning like they'd been let in on the joke. Whoever stitched them back together did it with care. Mostly.

Every GrimGoat is generated from a library of hand-drawn parts — coats, eyes, horns, wings, and the stitches holding it all in place — then assembled and inked one at a time. No two goats were sewn the same way twice.

Holding a GrimGoat gets you into the Paddock, our token-gated community, plus first right of refusal on every future drop from the herd.

What You're Adopting

Every goat is stitched from the same six parts.

Rarity is calculated across coat, eyes, horns, wings, stitching pattern, and expression. Rarer combinations wander the pasture less often.

TRAIT / 01

Coat

Bone, ash, moss, and the rare midnight coat — brushed in by hand, stitched at the seams where the pattern had to be pieced together.

38% common
TRAIT / 02

Eyes

Heavy-lidded amber is standard issue. Watch for hollow eyes, mismatched pupils, or the exceedingly rare glass eye.

22% common
TRAIT / 03

Horns

Ridged umber curls by default. Some goats carry cracked, blackened, or gilded horns from an unspecified past incident.

31% common
TRAIT / 04

Wings

Bat wings, charred at the tips, on most of the herd. A small number were sewn on backwards. They still work fine.

9% rare
TRAIT / 05

Stitching

The count and placement of visible stitches — forehead, cheek, neck — is unique to each goat and never repeats exactly.

14% uncommon
TRAIT / 06

Expression

The full-toothed grin is the herd default. A handful of goats came back solemn, sleepy, or missing a tooth entirely.

Questions

Before you adopt.

What blockchain are GrimGoats on?

GrimGoats are ERC-721 tokens minted on Ethereum mainnet. Metadata and art are stored on decentralized storage and fixed at mint.

How is rarity calculated?

Rarity is scored across all six trait categories — coat, eyes, horns, wings, stitching, and expression — weighted by how often each combination occurs across the full herd of 1,666.

What do I get besides the image?

Holders get access to the Paddock community, voting rights on future drops, and guaranteed access to the Second Suture companion mint.

Is there a roadmap guarantee?

Each stage of the roadmap is funded by mint proceeds and only begins once the previous stage ships. Progress updates are posted in the Paddock.
